I am thrilled to officially announce the launch of my new firm: ContextRE!


This past year brought its share of turbulence, from a company’s direction that didn’t match my vision to a marriage that didn’t happen.


But from that, I bring a new company that is the direct result of a long-held 10 year plan!

I am honored to share that I was recently recognized as one of the 2025 Top 250 Latino Agents in the U.S!


I was the #4 Latino Agent for most transaction volume, and #158 for amount of transactions. In the last 5 years I’ve hovered around selling over $100M in real estate every year while serving over 150+ customers purchasing and selling a home. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, but I’ve helped customers throughout the entire estate of California and Washington. I do not shy away from doing what’s necessary to make sure I can serve my clients. Whether this means flying over to see a property, talking on the phone past 10 pm or making sure I personally do a 3-D tour of a home in order to verify the home’s measurements.


Most importantly, my mission has been and will continue to be to cut junk fees out of real estate. That includes commissions, escrow costs, and dishonest practices.


Why This Matters: Context in a National Housing Emergency


We cannot ignore that housing affordability is at historical lows. With the recent conversations around Trump announcing a National Housing Emergency declaration, I’m here to say, yes, there’s a National Housing Emergency.


ContextRE aims to provide specific, actionable context. The largest wealth drain are junk fees that intermediaries charge:


  • ContextRE builds out a specific agent commission based on your transaction. Not a simple a one size fits all. What are commissions? Agents representing a buyer or a seller have to pay a fee to their agent. People often hear the phrase, “Don’t worry, the seller is paying”, but that isn’t necessarily true.


  • Here to help you through your entire home journey - from purchasing, to selling, to investing, to leasing, to managing your property(including being the one stop shop for maintenance needs).


  • ContextRE is currently fully operational in California and Colorado.


  • Licensed in Washington, and ContextRE will be operational in the next coming weeks!

  • Due to international demand - ContextRE has also been established in Mexico, being the only real estate brokerage to offer junk fee transparency across borders.


  • Have partnered up to assist in Spain, UK, France, and Italy.


  • The Rate Reality: While mortgage rates are showing signs of potential easing, "Date the Rate, Marry the House," is horrible advice. Do not count on mortgage rates dropping. The worst part is that in competitive markets in CA, mortgage rates don’t matter as much given that many buyers are able to purchase with cash.


  • The Local Edge: at ContextRE we go beyond national trends to give you street-level data. This provides the ability to pinpointing where inventory is truly shifting, so you know exactly when to negotiate or move quickly. Do not work with someone that simply throws you a Zillow or Redfin filter for comparables. That is not helpful to you. It is an insult to consumers.


My new-found independence means we are flexible, innovative, and entirely focused on turning this market challenge into a win for you.
